It was a tad confusing at first with he instructions but once you get the hang of it it’s a breeze to set up. Definitely recommend having another person hold the top piece at the last step though. Had it for a few weeks now and haven’t had a single issue with it. Lots of storage space and works just as it should. Great for keeping things off the table and out of sight. If you didn’t know you would have no idea it even opens.

This table is perfect for when you are eating or using the computer. The color is perfect. It was easy to put together by myself. I will say that the only thing I could say negative is that it kinda jumps up when you put it up so if there is anything on it then it will jerk toward you and it slams down hard when you put it back down. It also doesn’t pull up very well unless there is quite a bit of stuff in the inside compartment. But I would definitely buy this again and recommend it.

I rarely ever write reviews but this table is really good quality for the price. Took forever to pick one out but I’m glad I picked this one. Mostly because we have a cat that constantly scratches at it and it still looks perfect! Wasn’t too difficult to build but you need more than one person to do it. Other than that it’s a 10/10

The parts are clearly labeled with number. So despite this is more complicated than the usual ikea furniture building; we managed to finish building this around an hour with two people (and need 4 at the last step)
Seems sturdy so far. Need conscious effort to push the table top down; which is good because it means you won’t accidentally lower the table top while using.
The finishing is decent.
Will report back after using it for longer period.

I love the way it looks and the storage. Be mindful the instructions are just pictures and a few steps can be a little tricky but as long as you pay attention to the orientation of your pieces it’s alright. I also wish it came with stickers to conceal the screws on the side but that is minor and does not make me dislike the table at all. You also need to use two hands to open and close the table

It’s an ok table, it’s simple to put together but does take an hour or so. It definitely feels pretty solid and works as advertised. But I will say that it it just isnt worth the price. The material is pretty cheap and it’s incredibly small. The pictures don’t really show just how small it is. I’d have returned for the bigger one but it just isn’t worth paying the money for an upgrade. I also highly advise adding your own hardware to the struts. It takes six screws to lock them in place and it’s made out of particle board so it will wear out and become really loose after a bit of use.

Very good coffee table. This is just what I was looking for. The instructions to assemble the table are not quite clear, but there are not too many parts, therefore it is just intuitive to assemble. Once completed, the table is not too big, but this is exactly what I was looking for since it is replacing another table that it was just too big for my space. Table is sturdy, and it looks nice with the rustic style. No problem lifting and lowering the tabletop. Once the tabletop is up, it keeps there safely with no issues, and it is easier to lower down again. Convenient hidden storage compartment to keep your laptop for example, or whatever you need to store.

This table arrived on time with all pieces accounted for. Very heavy box which told of it’s sturdiness and craftsmanship. Pieces were clearly marked for assembly, however the instruction booklet was not in order creating some confusion when putting it together.
Springs on the liftable part of the table are strong and took some work to install, definitely a two person job.
Table looks good in our living room and with a lifting top part provides ease of use when snacking in front of the television

It’s the perfect height for my couch, I like the color, light weight, and it elevates the room. I dislike that it is wobbly and not made of wood. Overall it was ok to put together, but putting the top on was very difficult. Would recommend but you’ll need help putting it together.

I’m 71 years old and not as spry or bendable as once was. This table is sturdy, attractive and well designed. It looks and works just as depicted on Amazon. Packaging was strong enough to fight back from normal FedEx shipping processes. ‘A’ grade.
I had 3 issues assembling – all age related. First was getting the 64 pound box into the house. Second was installing the last 2 legs. Either the directions are wrong OR I simply assembled them incorrectly. After a few minutes, decided to disassemble and swap parts between the 2 sides and issue resolved. Third was assembling the top to the spring brackets. Instructions say to install brackets to top first. But I had no help so opted to do the opposite. I got it. ‘A’ grade all the way!
All holes for everything were perfectly aligned and of proper size. Used a handheld screwdriver and even at my age and arthritic hands, was able to screw them in comfortably. The person(s) that designed the assembly process should be rewarded quite honestly. Bags of hardware were mostly labeled and all wood pieces were labeled. Nicely done! ‘A’ grade.
Instructions were just OK. Pages were not in order but may be because there are two versions so the bottom shelf can be at 2 different heights. I give these a ‘C’ grade.
Hope this review helps some folks not used to assembling their furniture. Again, Kudos to people who design for do it yourselfers and to the manufacturing company that kept the tolerances to design!
