The lighting in my photo gives it more of a warm tone. It is not. It is very cool beachy tons. Hopefully it gives you a good idea of how it lays though. It is porous (raw wood). So if you wanted to stain it, its a blank canvas.

This knot is beautiful. It’s a large and heavy piece. Looks expensive. I put it on top of a coffee table book. Elevated the table scape. Very happy with this purchase.

Having two wood doughnuts that are connected sitting on a shelf as decoration seems silly, but it works! My husband was confused and didn’t get it, he asked “But what do they do?” when I said it was just decoration. My wood pieces arrived in great condition. They are smooth but still have the earthy wood feel to them. The color was as pictured and they make a simple but earthy/elegant piece of decor. I used mine as shelf decor and to brighten up a darker corner of my living space.
