ordered bed for granddaughter, appears to be well made. We had a small issue with one piece, emailed the company and they contacted me within 12 hrs. Resolved the situation right away and shipped out item the same day. EXCEELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I bought 2 of these, one for each child. First one put together, I thought, clearly put it together wrong so disassembled, and went through the arduous task again only to see, its not me. The instructions do not match the pieces sent, but I had committed to the project and was determined to make it work. Bought extra items to make it even ( bed lifts) and kept it moving. Second bed wasn’t as bad as the first and again stayed committed. After 3 months, bed frame has broken. The little square caps continue to just come right off, even with gorilla glue. The center frame pegs were not equal in length so center slumped and protruded.Should have heeded to the reviews and now in process of buying a new frame. I hate that the beautiful look of it could not match the experience of assembly and life of the product.

So many pieces were mislabeled! The bed itself is beautiful and made of good pieces from what I can tell. However the assembly took so long because the various screws, dowels, etc had incorrect labels

This bed came in so many pieces and took several hours to get together. Very difficult! After finally getting it together, it was too flimsy to use. Could not even sit on it for fear of it falling apart.
The only reason for two stars is the customer service. I was completely reimbursed. Although it took hours to disassemble and pack back into shipping box and several days waiting for final approval, I was fully refunded.

This is a WASTE OF MONEY. The odor is terrible and requires opening windows and doors to ease the burning of eyes and throat. NOT easy to assemble. Took all day and is not sturdy. We have windows and doors opened and if the smell does not go away will have to trash this piece of junk we wasted so much money on. Being senior citizens we have to budget every penny. This is truly sad that products like this is being allowed to be sold!

It took about 6 hours to assembly it, if you have not experience you may need more time or a second person to hold some parts, but you get what you pay for: small disassembly nice bed. You will need extra wood glue, it comes with like 1 oz and you need provably 4, You will need a Phillips head screw drive, additional tools are included with the bed.
Is not heavy or strong, when I sit there was a crack in one of the tables, but it took me too long the assembly so I decided repair it, maybe I Will have to screw it to the wall so it stay. The panes comes with the opción to assembly on the flat side or the side with lines like in the pictures from the supplier
I have a confortable 12” full mattress and fit very good but is a bit tall, maybe a no so confortable 9” mattress will be the right size to get the bed from the picture!
