No, it didn’t. It had to do with the absolute garbage this product is.
This chair is crap. Period. Forget the fact that it arrived perfectly intact but inside the box the upholstery was torn and stained. Amazon also made a HUGE deal about a return less delivery, necessitating a third party to come pick this worthless peice of junk up. HORRENDOUS quality, unfit for any normal use. I could add SO MUCH MORE, but apparently this company belongs to relatives of Jeff Bezos, and if I expound, my review will be refused YET AGAIN!

The directions lead you through the set up very well. The vacuumed cushions expanded as promised. They are thick and firm. These inexpensive chairs look nice and are comfortable. I don’t think they would stand up to rough and tumble children but will serve as excellent occasional visitor seating. I’m impressed with these chairs for the cost.

Ok so I do love this chair. The size is great and it looks great. The thing is that it stinks! I’ve let it air out but the smell is awful. It’s like a chemical cat pee smell. I don’t know if I received a defect or if that’s how it smells because of the packaging. I sprayed heavily with Fabreeze, hope it helps. I don’t want to have to send it back because it takes some effort to put together.

Easy to put together and looks great. I was worried about wrinkles and thin cushions with the vacuum packing but they puffed up nicely. I did run an iron over cushions for a more finished, store bought look. They are aren’t lounge around and sit all day chairs but are a good size for guests to sit. I’m 6′ and found them comfortable. My dog likes them too.

Love the chair. The fabric is nice along with the height and size of the cushions. It is quite comfortable and seems to be a very solid, substantial piece of furniture. I put it together myself without help. Was a little tricky in certain areas, but I’m impressed with the minimal amount of hardware required.

The fabric is soft and is the exact color (gray) as pictured. Comfortable and roomy seating and very sturdy. It requires assembly, which was a simple process; the instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were included (always a plus). One thing to note, the back of the chair is not like your typical and more expensive chair. The back is a covered, metal frame with a suitable 5″ thick cushion. For the price, it is a very good deal. It’s a simple design and fits perfectly in my office. (Cushions come in airtight packaging and take awhile to return to normal size, so please excuse the wrinkles in the pics.)
