I was looking for a piece of furniture that would match the style that I have been going with. The rustic and barn door look of this chest was perfect. I wanted some storage space to hide my shoes. And bonus a place to put my shoes on. I am a big girl so looking for something that would not break under my weight. I needed sturdy and something that I would like to look at on a daily basis. And not super expensive as I have been on a shopping spree for my new to me house.
This item was relatively easy to put together although I did ask a friend to help me cuz I thought it would be easier with 2 people rather than one. I think 1 person could do it by themselves but easier with 2. The top opens easily and has a nice hinge on it so that it doesn’t slam shut. I have started to put my shoes in it – but it is no where near filled – so spacious. I would like to buy another and have a place to hide bags of litter and bags of cat food and this I think could work for that as well.
It feels very sturdy when I sat on it. I currently have a little blanket on the top for my cat to lay on as she seems to have taken over the bench as her own. I love having hidden storage. It is a very nice piece of furniture and I would buy a second one for storage of my cat stuff.
Instructions were easy to follow. The tools needed were in the box. Sturdy. Pretty. Inexpensive but quality.

It’s a great and was easy to assemble but the lid has trouble closing all the way unless you apply force or set something on top of it. But it’s very aesthetically pleasing and it gets the job done.

As above this was exactly what I needed to help organize my space! The price was great and the only problem was thst I needed help assembling it – but that’s just me. My friend had no problems putting it together in about half an hour.
Truly, I’d buy 2 more of them if I had the space in my apartment to put them. This one is by my entryway. I may yet get one for the end of my bed for blankets and sheets.
Just LOVE it – as above: sturdy, great size and volume, and good looking.

This chest (bought 2) is beautiful and seems very sturdy (just finished assembly).
It is packaged well,
The fasteners (screws, clips, dowels) are packaged in SEPARATE BAGS and the bags are LABLED..
A bag of spare parts is also included but I didn’t need them.

I did add some wood glue to the dowels for my own peace of mind.
Overall very satisfied and I ordered two more.

This product had great quality especially for the price. I wasn’t expecting it to be able to withstand a lot of weight as I am using it for my gym equipment. I have about 75lbs of equipment in it and it’s holding up well. I’ve had it for about a month maybe a little more now. The kids sit on it and it withstands their weight as well. You can put almost anything in it. Pretty decent size and it looks good. It was easy to assembly took me about 30 min and even had a spare screw just in case you lose one. I would recommend this product it is very versatile.

We just remodeled and updated our old farmhouse and this toy bin is exceptionally pretty and modern looking. Love that the lid stays open when they are digging for their favourite toy. It was really easy to put together, I assembled it myself in 10 minutes and it’s quite sturdy for all their diecast tractors! Highly recommend! I can even sit on it when the lid is closed!
