The look of the chair it great…cushions are pretty lightweight though so time will tell as to how they will hold up to usage. I bought two chairs, and one arrived damaged. It was not due to shipping as the box was fine so I would say the quality control is lacking. Both wooden arms were cracked and rendered the chair unusable. I think it was already returned by someone else, as the hardware bag had been opened and taped shut. The return process was painful as kept getting errors on Amazon that said could not return this item. I had to contact Customer Service and was not able to do an exchange. Had to reorder the item and then wait for the refund. Was not an ideal experience. The next chair better not arrive damaged!

Looked nice and easy to assemble but they’re fragile and cheaply made. Cracked the seat, and I’m normal sized, in less than two months. Do not recommend. Wood inside looks like balsa wood! Not strong at all. They were comfortable until the seat cracked in half and fell through it.
