Took me about 5 hours to build with minimal power tools everything works great pull out and everything. Would buy again. Instructions were like a 4/5 as well. Medium to firm but makes sense since it’s a pullout no complaints very satisfied for what I paid and what I got! IKEA level quality!

My wife and I ordered this to prepare for guests coming, and we were very happy with the result! The setup is straightforward (although it can take some time if doing it alone) and the storage component along with the part that pulls out to make the sofa into a bed works very well! Also, this information wasn’t listed anywhere (couldn’t find it on the info page) but the side portion can be used to make a right sided OR left sided L sofa depending on what you would prefer during the set-up. This sofa works great for our room and we are very happy with the purchase!

I will never buy a piece of furniture from Amazon again. This product has been the bane of my existence for two weeks. I should have known the price was too good to be true, but I found a couch on Wayfair at a much lower cost that far surpasses this product. Temu probably has better furniture than this.
First of all, this product came with essential pieces missing. While customer service for this product claims to be understanding and helpful, I had to prove these pieces were missing before they were even shipped. Customer service from this seller has been impossible to work with considering it takes them 24+ hours to respond to each of my messages. Had I not been given a FedEx tracking number, I doubt the pieces would have arrived.
We were so excited when the pieces came in! We’d finally have a couch! Lo and behold, the couch broke after assembling the first few pieces. This couch is unusable and is merely a pile of regrets in our living room. We just want the thing gone, but even that has been impossible to coordinate. The seller has insisted we keep the product and accept partial refunds or repair products via messages 24 hours apart, making it impossible to make any progress in getting our money back. I have never been so disappointed in myself or a product like this. Save yourself the mental anguish and time and DO NOT BUY THIS!

This couch came in two boxes and it was straightforward to put together. The pullout function is nice and it can be moved with ease. The cushions might need a day to fully inflate but once they do, the couch is comfortable to lounge or nap on. It’s just right – not too hard or too squishy. The extra storage is great for storing blankets and the pockets on either side have been useful. Would definitely recommend for someone who’s wants to furnish their apartment at a reasonable price!

For our purpose it’s fantastic. Not too hard not overly soft. It also keeps it’s shape well fluffed and what not. We enjoy it. Would buy another for a bedroom or etc if we needed another bed.

This couch is very comfortable and versatile. It took me several hours to assemble as I was putting it together by myself. I would recommend having a friend help put it together, especially when attaching the 2 sections of the couch together. For the price, this couch is pretty solid.

The sofa was a delight surprise! It is surprisingly comfortable. The assembly instructions were very clear and it included all the required equipment with some extras also. The color is slightly darker than in the picture but very pretty. The thickness was average however I stuffed it with foam memory sponge and it turned out perfect. The storage is very useful and big. The sofa opens to a bed that fits two people. A great value for money overall 🙌🏻

I decided to go modular for a guest bed due to difficulty getting assembled sofas from stairs at this location. It was a mistake!
Says half an hour for assembly. Being a veteran of ikea furniture I did not take that seriously but I did not expect almost a full day.
Structurally weak right chaise front leg broke in first sit because of the very flimsy half inch piece of wood it screws into. Wouldn’t happen with a thicker piece or at least some triangle support to inside. I had to run Lowe’s to buy a piece of wood for support but really there is not much to screw that one into. It’s too awkward, almost impossible to disassemble and send it back, I am hoping it will hold until the guests leave. This is not going to be used very frequently but if used daily will not last.
It’s small. As a bed it is 2 inches less than a full. Size given includes the sides and I have assumed it would be a queen but it is not.
When it is turned to a bed, it is very thin but comfortable. Still ordered memory foam as you feel the junctions.
On the positive side it looks good for a small space. The cloth is lineny and although very thin feels good. Comfort OK so two stars instead of one. The mechanisms work well and easy to fold and open.
Overall do not buy. You get what you pay for.
