The wood of this product did NOT come ready for building. The holes were all shallow and not receptive of the screws. Once assembled, the drawers do not even go in because since the holes for the screws are so shallow, the screws do not go all the way in and don’t prevent the drawers to slide. Additionally, once assembled, the body of the product is extremely unsteady. Horrible product. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

i initially purchased the seven drawer from the same seller, and I loved it so much that I decided to buy four more of them but the five drawer unit and so I got one of them and I built it. Everything was fine then I got the second one and third one completely fine.the process I’ve done so many times that it was just easy to build it but then I got the fourth one the box looked the same however i noticed there was different hardware and the pieces that make the drawer had stickers on the areas where you could see it whereas on the other versions, the stickers would be hidden i didn’t think much about it. and so I go on and build it and I put just the dresser without the drawers next to the other dressers and it looks off it’s a different size and I got upset but then I was over it because like it’s just something that you don’t notice unless you’re like really picky about it and then I built the drawers and they wouldn’t fit into the dresser and I was like Maybe it was my fault because I remember seeing other reviews about how the screws need to be in seamless and I did this over and over again for so many of the screws and it was so annoying because for this version the holes weren’t even holes or pre-drilled It was literally just like it made the process so much harder and then eventually I am stuck with one of the screws for the drawer I had to dispose the original screw and I put a new one and I’m like I hope this fits in perfectly but it doesn’t it’s not seamless and because it’s not seamless the drawer isn’t going in so I keep trying to reposition it and I got to the point where literally the cross became a hole and I couldn’t remove it so I was sad I was like OK maybe that one is going to be the only bad no it was like that for all of the drawers like all of them did not fit and I was like well I have the other same units let me just take out the drawers from the older dressers (older as in one week older) let me put them in this unit, and they would glide in perfectly right and I was like let me put the new drawers into the old dresser, and it would glide perfectly and I was like well. I tried my best with the screws looks seamless and it’s not working, and then I noticed that the metal of the side of the door is too long for it so now it’s unbalanced I contact customer service from Amazon. It’s a whole nightmare. They disconnect my chat and then I have to call them and I had to be referred to so many people and they were like well. We can’t do anything about this. You just have to return it, which is reasonable , but it’s the fact that the hardware was so awful. They downgraded or changed manufacturer from the other dressers that it is kind of ruined parts of the dresser, and from that upon further inspection as it because I was so stressed about building this thing it was just an awful nightmare I noticed the dresser was such an awful condition like there were scuffs and marks brown marks everywhere so I was like OK let me clean it and I wipe it down. I try to scrape it off. No it’s just like that so it’s not even a white dresser it’s just a white dresser with marks, and it looks visible compared to the other ones. I’m so pissed because Amazon couldn’t help me with this like for one when I ordered the two previous dressers which actually were supposed to be the third and fourth dresser I only received the third one. Apparently the manufacturer forgot to send me the fourth one and so then I had to order one two days after that and that one that I ordered is the one that I’m having issues with right now I don’t know what it is but this item just ended up giving me bad luck and I’m so pissed. i’m sorry this kind of sounds like jargon, i used siri to write this

Perfect storage unit for my crafting supplies. Looks nice, feels sturdy. Takes a bit to assemble but the directions are good. Just take your time and use a power drill with screw bit rather than the tiny screwdriver included.

This unit arrived promptly and looks quite nice. The overall build quality is good. It’s particle board, but what isn’t? The instructions were clear, and the unit went together fairly quickly. I thought I was on the way to a five-star review. But…the fit of the drawers was not good. There is simply not enough tolerance in the drawer sliders to let the screw heads pass. The drawers repeatedly stick, once so badly I had to disassemble the drawer from the front to free up the slides. I had read other reviews and had been very careful to seat the screws properly, based on their advice. But even taking extreme care, a tiny part of the screw will inevitably protrude. And even that tiny amount will catch on the slides. Until this design flaw is rectified, I would not recommend this item.

Assembly easy but just tedious with lots of pieces, everything was all there plus manufacturer even includes a bag of spare hardware. Didn’t need the casters as this was purchased to fit beneath a desk and just fits without the wheels. Perfect as it complements the “Swedish brand” furniture like it came from the same store.
Sturdy enough for light duty storage, would not recommend as something for use with small kids.

It took my husband and me approximately 2 hours to assemble. It was exactly like putting together IKEA furniture that we have purchased over the years. It was kind of fun, but it requires a lot of concentration and following the directions step by step. The directions are pictures only. Everything fit together perfectly. I don’t live near an IKEA store anymore and wanted a similar piece to match what we already have. The price at IKEA was $40 more than this one + shipping. We are satisfied with the quality and the price.

I really like these drawers, the building process was a little difficult, the screws were almost impossible to screw in with a screwdriver we opted for a drill pretty early on and a couple screws went in at an angle which made the drawer unable to close so I had to use an angle grinder to saw part of the screw off and that fixed the problem but had I not used a drill I would have been there for many infuriating hours and if I wasn’t able to saw the screws off I probably would have returned. Now that it’s built tho it’s pretty great, I bought some organizers for it and it stores so much stuff. Drawers slide smooth despite the messed up screws, but the bottom of the drawers is very thin I wouldn’t put anything very heavy in it.

It was super easy to put together, no issues with the drawers. Super spacious. There was one part where the alignment with the holes wasn’t great but it was seriously one little part. Such a great value for your money. I love the way it looks. The wheels also work as well as expected on carpet.
