I used this product as directed, in several thin, quickly-applied layers. The effect was a glossy finish, which I did like. This was used on a painted-over cement statue. Time will tell on the performance in sun. I used about half a can to coat my 16” tall x 9” wide (widest point) statue. This leaves me now with plenty for annual reapplication.

I could tell the difference right away, before I sprayed my statues were dull after using the spray there is a shine to the statue. Recommended use every 3 month.

I have some very lovely lawn ornaments, so I really hate it when the sun fades them. Last year I spayed them with Sun Guard and all summer long they held up beautifully.
