Princeton Runner Up –
Très joli et facile à monter

Well-packaged. Good quality for particle board furniture. Sturdy. Easy to assemble with Philips head screw driver and hammer. Finish is nice. Finished product feels solid. Wish they provided four backs instead of two. I think it looks nicer with a closed back. I put the backing on the top on both sides instead of in the checkerboard pattern. That required me to overlap the panels in the middle and nail through both to attach them. I put Walmart-purchased fabric boxes in the two bottom cubes to function like drawers. Purchased two of these for son’s closet to be used below hanging clothes.

Looks nice, not too bad to build solo. Maybe a bit overpriced for the quality however

Love these shelves! I purchased the 9 cube one a few years ago for my sons room and had to grab this one too for the ever expanding amount of toys. They’re just the right size to hold most toys, easy to put together, and sturdy enough for a toddler.

I decided to go this route instead of a classic toybox organizer. Was exactly as expected. Blends great with the room. Farmhouse themed. Did not come with any instructions, so that was fun.

Great quality easy to assemble

This matched well with the modern furniture in my office and was pretty easy to put together. It arrived mostly unscathed, with only a few very minor defects in the laminate.
One thing I would say though (as compared to similar Ikea products) is that I do wish there weren’t screws on the outside surfaces. They do give you ‘caps’ to cover them but other similar products use hidden wood pegs and only have screws on the bottom and top.
Still, I am very happy with the product – I didn’t find a lot of other options that had a finish that worked well with the more modern european style desk I have.

Easy to build, perfect size and love the colour. Sturdy and real wood. Great purchase!

It’s very easy to assemble. Easier with 2 people, but 1 person could manage.
It’s sturdy enough for what we’re going to use it for (toys).
It was missing 1 cap for the screws (not a big deal, just decided to not cover the one facing the floor). It was also missing the L shaped part that’s supposed to be used for securing it to the wall. That was kind of crucial for us to have that piece because we have a baby… I guess we’ll go get one from a hardware store, not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice to have it included like it says it does in the manual. Overall, very satisfied though.

When I first purchased this item, I had read the reviews that sometimes it didn’t come with hardware. They had said that you just fill out a simple form and they will send it to you in around a week or so. This has been proven extremely false. I will provide a timeline of my experiences with the Ashley company:
Mid-October: ordered item. It came without an assembly manual and with no hardware. Serial number is on the assembly manual, which I didn’t realize it’s also on the box at that time, so I called the help number. I was on hold for 4 hours before I finally gave up.
Late October: I talked to someone on the Ashley website’s live chat. They took my information and said that they put in a request for the hardware to be mailed to me.
Mid November: I still hadn’t gotten the hardware after a couple weeks, so I talked to the live chat again. They said that the warehouse was being rearranged or something, and that I should wait another week or so for the order.
Early December: I still hadn’t gotten the hardware, so I used their online form to put the order in myself.
Late December: I still hadn’t gotten the hardware, so I sent an email with all the necessary information to the customer assistance. When I got a reply, I was asked to reiterate all the information that I’d already given them again, which felt very insulting after all I’d been through already. I sent them the information again. They then replied that I had an order in the system and that I should expect its delivery late January.
Mid-February: It is now mid February. I have still not received the hardware. I’m not sure I want to try anymore. It’s beyond the return date, so I can’t get my money back. I just wasted $40 on their repeated promises to send me the hardware. At this point they should just send me a refund or a new one. I know they won’t. Moral here is, do not buy from them. It’s not worth the hassle, and it’s a waste of money.

This little shelf is perfect. I needed a shelf to put beside where I read in the mornings. My cubes from Walmart fix perfectly!

These are made by Ashley furniture. Very good quality compared to others I’ve purchased in the past. I bought 2 of the 6 cubes and 2 of the 8 cubes and stacked them on top of eachother and they are still very sturdy.
Came with easy to assemble directions. I would recommend to a friend!
Note: 1 unit came in a damaged box with missing pieces. They replaced it as soon as I contacted them and I sent back the damaged unit without having to pay postage. I received the new unit in 3 days in excellent condition.

Nice accent piece for our daughter’s dorm room. We also purchased the recommended canvas bins so she has the flexibility to use this piece for storage and/or display. Heavy enough to be stable. Very pleased.
