Im sitting on this chair now writing this review. All in all this a nice chair, its comfy! It did take over a Month to get it though as I live way up north. Not Amazon’s fault.

I also have the matching loveseat to this set which I rated 5 stars. This chair is also worth of being a 5 star product! The chair is large, very well made, bulky and extremely comfortable. The back and arm cushions are sewed in and non-detachable and the seat cushions, while firm, are also very comfortable and supportive for sitting long periods of time.
The cobblestone color is a sort of light green / grey color that matches very well with my living room. This chair is very large and can hold a lot of weight. It is bulky and takes up a significant amount of space for a single chair, which I quite like as my living room is very large.
There were no imperfections or damages to this chair and I am very satisfied with it and the price that I paid. Love it!

I purchased the red sofa and chair several years back. About a year ago, the chair was damage by paint and it has taken me forever to find a replacement of the red salsa chair. I ordered it from Amazon last Thursday (1/21/2021) and it was delivered today, The delivery experience was beyond excellent. The originals have held up well over the years. However, I would not recommend it to anyone with kids (mine are grown and out of the house). The construction is great but remember it is microfiber so simple scotch guard may not protect it well. Man, I love this chair!!!! Amazon purchases are 100%, they’ve never let me down, and are quick to make it right if something goes wrong.

A comfortable, modern-look armchair. Good support, cushy without being soft. The construction is sort of lightweight, but the price is reasonable to match. The microfiber covering is one of the materials my cats don’t scratch, and cleans up easily.
It’s sized just right for an average-sized adult. If you’re particular heavy, or tall, you may find this chair too small. But for me at 5’11” and near 200lbs, it’s a perfect fit. It also turns out the back of the chair is a perfect space for a cat to hang out with you (pictured).
The feet need to be attached, so “some assembly required”– they’re found tucked under the seat cushion. It’s a little clumsy screwing them in, since there aren’t pre-drilled holes, but it’s a one-time effort and not difficult. But a long screwdriver or electric driver will make it easier.
Only quibbles: For some reason my chair arrived a little gritty under the packaging, and required a thorough lint-rolling after unpacking (no damage, just dirt). The pricing and availability here also varies more than I’d expect for furniture, and colors are often out of stock.
For a casual, comfortable chair a step above Swedish style furniture, without getting into the cumbersome traditional pieces popular with Boomers, this Darcy Contemporary line does the trick. I’m hoping it holds up in use. If it doesn’t, I’ll update my review. But for now, Highly Recommended.

We love the sofa and chair and ottoman we purchased, but the shipping situation (especially the communication) was extremely frustrating. For three days we were told to be available during the window of time we had agreed upon, and that time past with no contact. I called several times and was always read a script by a person who barely spoke English – not bashing them. They were more than kind. The driver (SUPER NICE) finally showed up without any warning (even though they were suppose to contact us 30 mins prior to delivery) I don’t mind waiting a few extra days, but they kept saying “it’s out for delivery, and will be there before 8pm tonight” for two days straight. Anyway, best wishes. Just be prepared. Life is rough right now for everyone. Just be HONEST with me!!

This chair is oversized and comfortable. The deep gray is perfect for my decor and easy to wipe clean with a quick spray of Windex and a white cloth. However, the plastic feet supplied by the manufacturer are extremely difficult to affix. There are no pilot holes on the chair base, and due to the design of those feet, an extension for a drill bit or screwdriver head of approximately 3” is needed to reach through the legs to the chair (see photos). As a consequence a very attractive and comfortable chair is rendered frustrating and unusable. I had to spend an additional $40. to buy a suitable and sturdy set of wooden feet. Disappointing.
