Love this chair. So does my dog haha.
Arm rests are stiff but the chair itself if pretty comfy. Seems to be good quality. Yo close you see the grey but could pass for a charcoal black at a distance. Really like this chair!

I was very pleasantly surprised that this was delivered fully assembled except for the 4 small bottom legs. The material is soft and expensive looking, and the dark grey color is beautiful. It is a comfortable and attractive addition to our office. Well worth the price.

The chair is rather nice however, putting the
bottom plastic legs on is another story.
There is no place for the legs to be attached.
Had to get a drill to attach them as the simple screws
that came with it required much more then just a phillips
head screwdriver (like it said) to attach to bottom of chair !

Despite scheduling delivery and confirming the date and time twice, and also being told they would contact me 30-60 minutes before arrival, the delivery company showed up two hours early, interrupting a business meeting. They did not call or text with the ETA as promised. I reached out to Amazon customer service and they made it clear they did not care at all. The chair is fine – a lowish quality mass produced piece of furniture that will probably last a few years, as expected. The delivery and terrible service from Amazon’s contractor made it a bad experience all around. Edit: I also now see that the delivery company lied about the delivery time and made it look as though it was within the delivery window.
