I just want to start off by saying it arrived a whole day before I was expecting it so that threw me off. It came in 3 boxes and yes every box was about 62lbs not the total weight of it like I thought. Super easy to unpackage and put together. My son who is 10 helped me. Super comfortable couch for my family of 4, worth every penny!

Likes: Easy to assemble. Comes in 3 boxes and I put it together myself with no help. Directions are good. I like it is lower to the ground. Older doggy had me looking for a low sofa. Nice material.
Dislikes: The back cushions are very thin. You feel the support bar when you sit. I bought pillow stuffers and it helped, but to be comfortable on this couch you need you buy your own pillow backing. You also need to add Velcro to all cushions to keep them in place. Not worth $418 dollars. About $100 over priced for what you have to do to make it usable. I went to American Furniture Warehouse today and instantly had buyers regret with this when I saw what I could have gotten there for roughly the same price. Live and learn.

I guess you get what you pay for.
The color, size, and shape are great.
The comfort is equivalent to riding with Spirit Airlines or what I like to say, sitting on bench seats at the ballgame.

The seat cushions came out fine but the back cushions are super thin and not at all comfortable.

I was disappointed when I discovered it had missing holes to screw in together. How ever I do have tools at home and managed to do it myself but I do not recommend unless you have you know what your doing. Other wise this product is good and it came faster than what I was expecting. Amazon has great costumer service and is the reason why I buy from here and not Walmart. Would definitely buy again.

I was pretty skeptical to purchase it, but it’s not as bad as I thought it would be. There were a couple of screws that didn’t fit, but I have the tools to make it work. It came way faster than I anticipated. Not bad at all.

Bought this couch as it looked great for a house with large dogs. Big mistake. Gave it two stars because of the ease of assembly and it looks nice as long as you don’t sit on it. As you can see, the back cushions have no way of staying up and they fall as soon as you sit (or when a dog is sleeping and barely moves). For the price paid, the cushions could at least be attached.
Update 2/24 there are already seams showing in the armrests and they are extremely flimsy when in use. If you don’t sit it the right spot, the backrests fall right down and they don’t fit at all and have no way to be secured.

Shocking that all this couch came in three boxes under 70 pounds each. Assembly is straight forward enough. The footers feel a little cheap but actually connect nicely and seem to fit well. The cushions swell right up, once they’re removed from their vacuum sealed packaging. The chenille fabric and grey color feel nice and look great. The foam is a microfiber type foam so it’s supportive and firm.
Overall a solid value. I’d buy again
