I bought a few pieces of this Alexa Living set to fill a sunny room where our family could just sit and relax. As part of their policy to make sure the buyer is completely happy, the seller only sent one of each piece and waited to hear from me about whether or not I would like the rest of it shipped. As soon as I assembled the first chair, I was so in love with the look and feel of this furniture that I not only gave the thumbs up to ship the rest of it, I also added more to the order.
I was very satisfied with the delivery speed, and the packaging was very thorough to ensure no product damage. The seller was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. In total, I bought 4 arm chairs, 2 ottomans, 2 end tables, and 1 swivel (not pictured). I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the cushions from the photos online, but once I saw them in person they were perfect, and comfortable, too!
The only downside about this purchase was the lack of any real assembly instructions. For the armchairs there was just a tiny piece of paper with an image and some arrows of which screws go where, which was enough for me to figure it out and put all 4 together myself, but the swivel was a different story. The two tiny sentences under a blurry image which was taped the base made no sense and were full of misspelled words. My husband and I eventually figured it out, but it was a complete headache and physically challenging on our hands to maneuver the seat to line up correctly and secure it to the base. If it weren’t for that, I’d give the set 5 stars.
