These poofs are soft and sturdy. Not sturdy enough to sit on, but a book, a tray, and ottoman work great. At first they were very swishy but as time goes by they are becoming more softly solid. I really love them as foot rests. The only disappointment is the pattern is not as sharp as in the picture.

Wanted something small to put in-front of my gaming chair to rest my feet/legs on while gaming. After reading reviews about the lack of poofiness and structure with what came with this pouf i did order a 5 lb box of polyfil at the same time i ordered the pouf. Without it it has the structure of a beanbag chair.
With the entire 5 lb box of polyfil it gives it the perfect amount of firmness for my liking to use as an ottoman while gaming. Definitely recommend getting polyfil if you want extra firmness and support for this little pouf.

Way too soft, doesn’t even hold up structure. I put all the stuffing in it and it still is basically a pillow. Doesn’t hold your feet up at all just squishes down. Should’ve read the reviews.

I really like this ottoman so far. We haven’t used it much and it is mainly for decoration but it looks great in my living room. The times we have used it, I haven’t noticed any issues and it seems quite sturdy! The cat seems to really enjoy sleeping on it too!

I should have read the reviews beforehand. I usually do but forgot to do it; I’ve been just trying to find furniture for my nursery. But this is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever bought. It smells horrible and the cotton stuffing doesn’t even fit into the cover and is lumpy and misshapen. I also don’t understand why the cover isn’t already on and attached? Or why it’s even a cover and not just the whole material of the pouff. Never seen anything like it but this is unusable. This product needs to be taken off the market.

This thing should be marketed as a wannabe beanbag chair for kids, not an ottoman. The included cushion insert is so soft my feet almost sank to the floor on first use (I did let it expand for the recommended time). I wound up shoving three full-sized pillows and the original stuffing into it to bring it up to where it’s useable for me. The pillows cost me an extra $21. That pushes the value of this thing right off a cliff. If I had used shirts and towels as the seller suggests I’d have to air dry after showering and would be walking around with no shirt on my back.
On the positive side, the covering seems pretty tough. The zipper is holding up well which is impressive since it’s containing three pillows and the original stuffing. I’m mildly satisfied at the moment despite the added cost for the pillows. I had a couple larger ottomans that were just too big for my efficiency apartment. The size and ability to roll this around without lifting it is an improvement over my previous situation.
2 stars for the included stuffing, 3 stars for the usability AFTER buying more pillows. For the $50 price tag you should get a pair. Massively overpriced.
