Aside from 2 technological issues (mis-aligned screw hole on one area and no screw hole on another, shown in the pics), this desk came together really quickly and is INCREDIBLY sturdy. No wobble at all, even with 2 screws missing from it. I’m so happy with it, and I love that it can fit in the one spot I have for a desk (my closet, actually xD)
Minus 1 star for the screw issues, but overall, GET IT!!! It’s so worth the price!!!!

First of all, it was delivered 3 days early, which is never a bad thing. While I doubt this desk would be appropriate for a full-sized desktop, it’s more than roomy enough for a laptop and with room to spare. The instructions could be clearer about where your screws go, it’s very, very easy to figure out.
From opening the box to adjusting the leg height it took just under an hour to assemble. On the other hand, it might have gone faster without breaks and without two curious cats helping out. Your assembly time could be shorter without the added help, lol.
It’s very sturdy, and darned good-looking. I will say, however, make sure you have the screws straight when you put them in. It’s a bear if you start crooked. Also, though my instruction sheet didn’t mention it, there will be extra screws when you get the frame attached to the desk top. They’re for any unused holes in the frame and strictly cosmetic. I still had 2 leftover when I was done though.
I’m very happy with this purchase. I live in a smaller apartment and had to find something that would fit in a smallish space without sticking out too far, and this fits the bill perfectly. And the price made it that much better. Now, to find a chair!
Oh and by the way, just buy this desk.

I just moved to a new apartment; since I worked from home most of the times, I scouted for a reliable working table. And this was a good choice. Not too complicated ro assemble. Sturdy. Enough space. And the wooden color is just good. It also doubles as a temporary dining table for one. Only been using this product for 2-3 weeks but I like it so far.

This was easy enough to put together once I sorted through the parts and looked at the directions. It’s exactly what I needed. I needed a flat desk without drawers and this has a lot of desktop space which was more important to me than anything else The price point was what got me, and then the good reviews put my trust in trying it. I’m glad I did it’s a good piece made well and I see it lasting for some time.

Love how it looks, very minimal yet sturdy. Got it for my work from home set up. Great for the price. Not to mention easy to build, simple to understand pictures to explain build process. Very light weight, metal frame, wood top. Perfect height for any chair. Perfect for small spaces. Would buy again.

This is a great desk for anyone. Very minimalist style and very easy to assemble. The metal frame alone is worth the price. I loved it so much I bought a second one for my son’s room. I purchased the brown one and it has a gorgeous finish. Would highly recommend.

I had a limited amount of space in the corner of the spare room to fit a small desk. As it turns out, this 47″ PayLessHere desk is a perfect fit. And what’s even better, I did indeed pay less here. I got this desk for a ridiculous $17.99, with $19.99 shipping. All in with tax it came in at just over forty bucks. You can barely get a mediocre fast food breakfast for forty bucks nowadays. I’m only slightly exaggerating here. I was concerned about the quality of the item that I would actually get. I was also worried about it arriving with some damage. Thankfully, the desk arrived in perfect condition and it’s exceeded my expectations.
Now this desk appears to be the same as those listed by several different sellers. I was about to pull the trigger on buying this desk from one of these sellers at a higher price. I decided to take one more look around and I came upon this one. Not only was it a lot cheaper, but it also has the interior corner supports on the front and rear cross braces. I have no doubt that these add some additional rigidity to the desk. It’s not super sturdy. There is a little bit of lateral play, but it is certainly sturdy enough to handle what it’s intended for.
Assembling the desk proved to be quick and easy. It took me about 15 minutes to put together, and that was with me taking my sweet time. The directions are short and to the point. All of the necessary parts were there, and they included the Allen wrench. I put the desktop on the floor with the side with the screw holes facing up. (You’d have a hard time attaching the legs with the screw holes facing down!) I didn’t tighten everything down until all of the frame was in place. Then I snugged everything up. Fight the urge to over-tighten the screws, because you could bend the metal if you do. Once everything is tightened up, just flip the desk over and you’re good to go.
At first I thought the rustic brown desktop might be a little too rustic. Now that I’ve had it for a while, it’s grown on me. I actually really like the way it looks. Needless to say, I’m super happy with this purchase. I’m tempted to get another one just for the heck of it. Two huge thumbs up!

We used to dream of massive, beautiful office furniture. The older we got, the less we wanted to move massive furniture around. So our new office configuration is two old computer carts, and two new components from Amazon. The printer cart on the right (Fannova 23.6×23.6 also from Amazon) matches this little desk. Both are sturdy and lightweight. Both can be moved easily by old people (without playing the Mom Card). The desk went together easily. The parts were in a bubble pack and were clearly marked. I had no issues at all with hole alignment. OK, it is not fine furniture. But it is perfect for what we needed.
