When assembling the chairs a bolt was found to be misshapen and can’t be used. Therefore one leg is weak. It was reported as well as a cushion that’s seam was not completely sewn. I have had no response and it’s been several weeks with no response or acknowledgement.

I asked for replacement wood and they didn’t have darker…yet they continue to sell these chairs so BE FOREWARNED. All of the pics are with their cushions so you can see the difference
They are beautiful strong wood and the cushions are thick and comfortable.
They offered $40 and I accepted a $60 discount because I know how to sand and stain it darker. If they do this to you, ask for a lot more because they’ve been notified they aren’t accurately representing the chairs.
All in all, they are beautiful chairs. Just not what is pictured

seller made it right with a partial refund! once i unboxed them, we noticed they were much lighter than what is pictured. but since they’d been unboxed, sending them back was too much a hassle. after putting them together, they are super comfy and spacious. they’re everyone’s favorite!
we love them so much that the color doesn’t matter too much. but be aware that if you’re trying to kinda match this item with something in your home based on the color in the item photos (like we were), you might end up with something different.

I was SO worried that the faux brown leather would look cheap or would be too small, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, comfort, and look of these chairs. I bought furniture last year from Amazon and I swear it was all made for children. Not these chairs!! They are substantial and fit normal-sized adults. We get a ton of compliments on these chairs, but while assembling, pay attention to the direction of the legs BEFORE you screw them on. I had them on backward and had to redo the entire thing haha.

We just moved into our new house and wanted sitting chairs for a reading nook by the fireplace. I looked at alot of chair options and decided on these based on reviews. They did not disappoint. They were delivered well packed and within the timeframe. It took me about a half hour to put them together. I used my power tools. They are a perfect size. My husband is 6’2 and 250 lbs and he was comfortable. I find them to be roomy, the cushions are memory foam but not too firm and the height of the back is perfect for stretching. I can see myself comfortably reading a book for hours in these well made chairs. They are stylish, sturdy and well made. I highly recommend these if you’re considering accents chairs for any room in your house!
