I was a little worried about the durability based on the fake leather but it seems like it will hold up with, that is, if you take care of your things. I put this in my home office as a nice quiet place to have to relax vs in being in the great room and it fit my needs perfectly. It was also very easy to put together.

I bought two of these chairs and one was great, but the second one had misaligned holes and the arms were cracked and the finish/stain was unevenly applied. I contacted Amazon and they said I had to ship the chair back to the seller for a refund.
The seller contacted me to see if they could send replacement parts. If they cannot, they will send a prepaid label for me to ship the chair back. They have been very responsive. I appreciate them reaching out and I would be happy to purchase from them again.

Sturdy enough and cushions are comfortable. Wood color shown on Amazon doesn’t really match, hence the score. More of a driftwood coloration.

Ive been chair shopping for weeks. Iv’e sat in dozens of chairs and none of them are as comfortable as this chair. Of course everyone has their own comfort level but for me, this chair is the winner hands down.

My rating gets a 5 stars because of the customer service and quality of wood. BUT the cushions could use some more filling so I’m going to go buy some. It’s a very nice looking chair. It was also missing a bolt so this is where the customer service came in. They offered me a $10 refund as I had to go to the hardware store and buy one. They left me satisfied. What also sucked that I didn’t mention to customer service, a piece of wood didn’t align so I had to drill/shave so it lined up. I’m still happy with it, just was frustrating!
