i bought this chair when I injured my lower back and I use this chair when I am hurting. it
takes the weight off my achy back muscles. Pain goes away and it’s relaxing. I do wish this chair was a little wider though as a larger size person won’t be as comfortable. The mattress pad is very comfy!

So after dealing with terrible customer support from the seller’s side Im changing my review. When the seller’s costumer support contacted me initially I thought it was going to be a smooth transaction but after being told I would get a pre-paid shipping label that never came, getting the run around, being contacted in the middle of the night and given the option of only a partial refund to “make all parties happy” which I might add was a fraction of what I paid for this chair I decided to change my review to give whoever reads this fair warning to not buy from this seller.
The chair’s description is deceptive, the chair itself it’s not easy to use, I tripped and almost fell trying to sit in it. I have severe back issues and I wanted something that was functional and nice looking and also easy to use and this chair is none of those things. I couldn’t recline it because it wouldn’t move and if it did it was barely a couple of inches and I made absolutely sure that it was not locked in place to be able to do that. The only time I ever sat on it, it cracked hard and I honestly thought it was going to break. The concept and design are nice but the chair itself falls flat on delivering what the description promised. I’m completely disappointed. Buyer beware, never again. I hope I get a full refund.

Purchased it for my mother when she comes to my home to sit outside and she loves it. She says it’s very comfortable, just the right height only, the pillow was not thick enough. thumbs up.
