Generally:
I would probably buy this again because I had so much trouble finding something that was exactly the right size, style, color, and shape to fit into the space. But it feels a bit too cheap to have paid as much as I did. The color profile is more or less red depending on the lighting (see attached photo for a comparison of sun vs. indirect light).
Pros:
* It is solid wood, as far as I can tell. Although I’m not sure about the accents wedge-shaped pieces immediately under the tabletop. Those may be MDF.
* From a distance, it looks like a nice piece of furniture.
* It arrived well packaged. Even though the box looked like it had suffered a lot, the contents were (mostly) undamaged (see more in the Cons section).
* It was easy to assemble, taking less than 30 minutes by myself, including unpacking.
* Everything lines up well. The latches, hinges, and door openings are well-aligned.
Cons:
* The way they designed the pieces leaves a seam on each corner. if you’re within a few feet of it, they’re very obvious. (see photo) From a distance, it seems like a nicer piece of furniture. As you get closer, you can quickly see that it was something assembled at home.
* It arrived damaged in a manner similar to damage reported by others. Specifically, one of the wedge-shaped accents under the table top had pulled away from the body of the cabinet. Some small dabs of wood glue and a soft mallet was able to resolve it for me. (see photo)
* Even with inflation, the price of this gave me a bit of a sticker shock.

Decent looking stand. Assembly was awful. The hangers are already mounted (awesome I thought – wrong). Because of the shipping they were bent and had to be straightened to accept the other panels. Fortunately, I had a pair of needle nose vise grips to bend them back into place. Once finished, it does not sit level. Would not purchase again. Basically, cheap wood that is difficult to assemble and won’t sit flat.

This piece is really very well made! It is solid wood in a warm, rich varnish. The cabinet is extremely easy to assemble—I put it together by myself in less than thirty minutes.
The door handles are black metal. They look great and are very complimentary to this piece’s style.
The cabinet itself is only 11” deep. I have a fairly narrow entryway so I needed something that wouldn’t jut out too far—-and this console hit the mark perfectly. It looks so much more expensive than what I paid.
Highly recommend!

Leick makes the best quality furniture and it is extremely easy to put together! This is my third piece.

I bought this for extra storage in a bathroom. I love Leick furniture (I just wish more of their pieces came in lighter wood colors or white… hint, hint) The prices are reasonable and the quality is nice. It took about 30 minutes to put together. You need to build it upside down. The hardest part was attaching the last side. It helped to have a second person holding the 3 piece structure apart to insert the last piece. I used a soft mallet to lodge the pieces in to place. The cabinet doors come already attached which is nice. One of the doors did not want to stay completely open but that does not bother me much. Chances are 50% that it is my floor’s issue.
I unpacked and carried the pieces upstairs separately so it’s easy for one person to deal with the weight. It’s not very heavy. I have attached some pictures with various wood samples to show the color. I would call it a mahogany. It does have a reddish tint to it.
The shelves are narrow. One picture shows a bath sheet folded in thirds. It fits but just barely.
Overall, I am very happy with the cabinet. No major dings, packed well and nice looking. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was possible just due to the door issue.

Placed this cabinet in a quirky little hallway in a small 1940s house. For that reason, the scale of the cabinet was suitable. Doesn’t look oversized. Arrived in great shape; well packaged; built well. Went together pretty easy; all hardware and “tools” included. One leg is off kilter but, added an extra felt pad to level it. Doors operate well. Please with purchase.

We bought this table to use just inside our front door as a foyer table. It matches perfectly, was easy to assemble and has some storage in it. Highly recommend!!

I was impressed by the way this table was engineered. Very sturdy construction and my wife and I had it assembled in about 15 minutes. I see so many things that are simply not engineered well theses days, I felt I needed to review this table and say good job to the manufacturer. I guess if I could get more granular with the star review I would give it a 4.8. The doors close and fit fine, however, it does take a good shove to get the spring loaded closers to grab the catch on the door. That might improve over time. If you can live with that, certainly buy it, it is built well and looks nice.
