We are seniors and have a bit of a struggle getting up from regular chair height, which takes away from our ability to enjoy our porch/patio areas. These are the right height for us to easily get up from and we like the built-in footrest. They are sturdy and likely last a lifetime. Say they can hold up to 360 lbs/per chair, which is probably true, but I weigh 230 lbs, and the seat flexes when I sit, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them for anybody over about 275 lbs. They were very easy to assemble, but do take about 2 hours per chair and not 20 minutes. These come with all the nuts, bolts, screws, and tools you need, but if you don’t have tools, get yourself a 5 mm T-Handle allen wrench and a 10 mm combination wrench to use in place of what is supplied to make the assembly go easiest and prevent skint knuckles. I would buy these again.

I bought this for my rather small deck and it is perfect. I got the blue to add a pop of color! My son put it together for me, no pieces were missing and he was able to assemble with no trouble. It looks great and I love it!

So the bad: These are a pain to put together. The directions are very poor, expect a hour or more using the tools supplied. Also it seems sturdy but the seat slats sag. Should be another support under the middle of the seat. Not sure if this will be a problem down the road. **Update**. The seat sagging is a problem. They state 360lbs but at 1/2 that weight the seat sags over 1/2 inch. Worried these will break by the end of the season. They should include a center support, then it would be great. I wish you could order the side seat support to fix this problem. I will need to make my own it seems.
These are polywood, but are not as strong as U.S.version which also uses wood fibers for strength.
The good: Nice style, color is great, very comfortable and an affordable price.

The chairs are not too hard to assemble but they advertise 20 minutes per chair that is not even close to true, the good thing is the chairs are well engineered so no frustration with things not lining up. The instructions are not detailed enough in example it is not clear about the orientation of some components as it would be very easy to reverse the components which would mean some backing up. Amazon does have a video of assembly be sure to check it out.

Overall, we are not dissatisfied. Let me start with the bad – the directions are not very clear. For example, some holes are recessed, but the directions do not indicate if the recessed openings go to the inside or to the outside. Our product must’ve had mislabeled parts because we had to put each chair together twice. One part had a screw going through an opening that would have prevented the part being attached to the chair. Luckily, my husband had a square drillbit and we were able to back the screw out and create with a drill another opening to put the screw where it should be. We found the photos on Amazon, and in the reviews to be very helpful as the directions were lacking and some parts mislabeled. If my husband were not handy we would have had to return this due to the screw blocking the opening for another screw. The foot rest is just that. A foot rest. It is not in anyway sturdy enough for you to use it to step up onto the chair. You should back up to the chair scoot in and then put your feet up as a rest only. If you push down hard with your foot, there is give to the material, and could potentially break at some point. As for the good, shipping was very quick and we were pleased with the lightning deal price. It was much more affordable than some other name brand chairs, although they sit a bit lower than some of the other brands we looked at , the chairs are comfortable and we attached the center table which is great for drinks. The set is heavy. I recommend that you get the chairs in place before you attach the table because it’s impossible to move it after the fact. The box weighed 106 pounds , making each chair roughly 50 pounds. Overall, for the price, we’re not disappointed. However, make sure you have a lot of time and patience for putting the set together. Read the directions ahead of time and get a visual of what you’re doing because as with us, some parts may be mislabeled. Also know that the foot rest is just that. It should not be used for getting up into the chair and unless you’re short, you won’t need it to get in the chair.

Nice looking chairs, and very comfortable. Seats do have right much flex when you sit in them, but actually adds to the comfort.
Bag of hardware was busted upon arrival, luckily only missing 1 nut. Quicker assembly using drill and 10mm socket.

I ordered the blue color. The color is accurate to the pic on Amazon and the woodgrain is a nice touch. Shipping was reasonably fast, It came from FedEx. The box is heavy, about 100 lbs. All the parts were in good shape. Only concern was the cardboard blister pack was torn and hardware was loose but it was all in a ziplock bag so nothing was missing. Assembly is a little challenging as alignment of some of the screws was a bit difficult. It is also not clear in the directions which way the parts should go so it was a little bit of trial an error. Expect 2 hours for assembly. Chairs look nice and seem sturdy. All in all we are pleased with the purchase.
