I bought these for my mom who liked the style but they were VERY cream colored! Too yellow! One of the chairs, the bolts wouldn’t go all the way in.
So, I tried to return them and they said we would have to pay for the shipping ourselves. After checking the cost it would have been almost as much as the chairs cost…. So I kept them. Not my favorite ones, due to the color… but they don’t look as yellow as they did at my moms.
Terrible return policies! Buyer beware!

The rod that connects front two legs does not fit from both sides (it is smaller than the distance btw two legs). The screws will never fit tightly no matter how much I tried. This makes the chair non-reliable and in turn useless to sit on as it can come off anytime.

As of writing this review, I received two of these chairs today (December 30, 2023) so I was super excited. Unfortunately, while all other parts assembled well, the second to last step in adding the support beam between the two side frames did not fit. The M8 60mm screws were too short to fit into the threaded washers set into the support. Had to order M8 70mm screws to compensate. Currently 4 out of 5 stars as the other elements fit well and the packaging arrived clean.

I was pretty excited for this chair until I unpackaged it and found a stain. How did this new product get a stain on it? Looks used.

Fabric is very bad polyester and chair is not what I expected. Only keeping it becuz we finally got it put together!
