It took a while to put together but I really love it. My last bed broke and have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor, which is not pleasant for a 55 year old to get out of every morning. I finally had enough and purchased this on a whim one morning before I got out of bed. It arrived faster than I’d anticipated. Be aware that this bed is HEAVY in its packaging but very easy to move once put together, even with the mattress. I was aware of how heavy due to reading the comments and left a note for the FedEx guy to literally leave it on the pavers and that I was aware of how heavy and that I would have someone help me get it on my porch as well as in my house. The box said 118lb but my boyfriend believed it to be heavier than that. I could barely lift one end to scoot it to rest on my step.
Other than the weight of the packaged bed, I love it. I just want you to know that if you are alone, you may want to unpackage it outside and bring the contents in one by one.
Oh, and the tool that they include was quite handy. You only need a screwdriver to secure the outlet on the top of the headboard. The rest is done with that tool.

I read a lot of reviews and ordered this. I am very impressed with the well thought out design of the assembly and ratcheting wrench provided and ease of instructions. I assembled by myself and took about 3 hours. The drawers were the hardest part. I have a 12” mattress which fit perfectly without any holes or gaps in the headboard and the charging station works great for my laptop and USB phone cable! It is brand new today so I haven’t slept in it yet, but it seems very sturdy and I like how the drawers lock into place to keep from rolling around. The drawers are deep, wide and high enough to actually store alot! I have a tile floor so they easily glide over the floor, though I see where. High pile carpet might be a little hard. I will update the review after ownership a while.

My husband groaned when I ordered this bed knowing that it would come in a box in a million pieces. It did, and the box was very heavy. But the pieces were very well
organized and labeled. There was even extra hardware in case something was lost or missing – nothing was though! Because my husband was less than excited about this purchase, I went ahead and began assembling it myself. From start to finish, it probably took me about 3 hours, but I was working slowly so I wouldn’t screw anything up and it also included moving furniture out of the way and I was working on laundry at the same time.
I loved the ratcheting tool that came with the hardware – that made assembly so much easier!
I’m very happy with the bed. I agree with other reviewers that the drawers aren’t the greatest – they’re really just wire baskets and they’re hard to lock into the closed position. Fortunately, the room this bed is in is carpeted and the drawers seem to stay in place without having to “lock”them. I’m guessing that wouldn’t be the case on a hard floor. No one has slept in the bed yet, so I don’t know if that will make any difference or not, but I doubt it.
I love the look of this bed, I feel like it was well designed, and once assembled it looks like a quality piece of furniture.
I think the price was great and I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

I am always skeptical about buying anything on Amazon, but this was a purchase I am very pleased with. The storage is very nice for extra blankets or Clothes. The drawers also lock in place which is very nice.
I do recommend having a 14in mattress that will fit the frame. If you don’t that’s okay to as there is minimal gaping. The ports on the headboard are amazing and work very well. The material is very sturdy and well made. It came with all the pieces. It was assembled in an hour or so the instructions are straight forward.
It’s truly a beautiful and unique bed frame that you can use for years to come.

I really wish I had gotten a picture of this bed frame before my 19 year old got too comfortable in it. I got this for my daughter for her 19th birthday. The hunt for a new bed took over a month, she was so picky about what she wanted. The new bed had to be material, not wood, there had to be drawers, and a shelf for her perfume, and a not too dark, but not too light neutral color, and she wanted it low to the ground. Yes, trust me, very specific on what she wanted. Well, this bed frame checked off her entire checklist! It even has the charging station on the headboard. After going to every furniture store in town, I can tell you, this bed frame is as good quality as the way more expensive ones at those stores. I think the only minor disappointment about this bed is the storage drawers are baskets, not full blown drawers. So you can’t really put heavier stuff in them like you can normal drawers, but a very minor detail in the scheme of things. It was fairly easy to put together, it came with everything you would need minus a screwdriver. Three of us put it together and it took about an hour. The instructions were a little confusing because it was just pictures, no written instructions. But it was easy enough to figure out. I was very impressed with the number of slats for the mattress support. It is pretty lightweight, so if it’s on a hard surface, it will slide if pushed. All in all, my daughter is very happy, I found what she wanted for a affordable price, and this bed will last her until she gets married, that’s a great thing in my book!
