I love these chairs. They were very well packaged, the instructions were easy, and they look exactly like the photos. An Amazon triple threat! They are firm, which makes sense for the style, so just be aware. Many posts suggest purchasing wooden peg fillers, which I will probably do as well. These do not look silly without them though, the screws go quite a ways in. So unless you’re looking at the holes head-on, you actually can’t see the screws. Love these chairs, highly recommend!

I bought these chairs during the latest Prime Deals so this is only an initial report.
Shipping was awful. They sat for 4 days in Georgia before shipping then another 3 in Oregon. I ordered two chairs and the boxes arrived without damage. Packaging was excellent.
Watch the video! I assembled the chairs without any assistance in less than an hour. The video was quite helpful and very easy to follow.
As noted in the photos, some parts were sub par: joints not aligning, sections not sanded, scuffed wood. These are mostly hidden once assembled.
The chair bottoms are firm which I like. As noted by other reviewers, I too will buy larger pillows to replace the included lumbar ones. These pillows are too small to be functional and too similar in color to serve as accents.
The chair frames are solid! I wanted accent chairs that would be easy to sit in and get out of (for aging friends and relatives). Since the backs do not slope significantly and the arms are very supportive these should fill this need. The drawings show 18” seat height; mine measure a full inch shorter. The height was a selling point so not being as advertised was disappointing.
The bolts are inset but the holes are visible. I’m sure the local hardware store will have some wood plugs I can pop in so they look more finished.
I do like the beige color and the overall look of the chairs. They are comfortable and for the price, a good buy. As noted above though, there are several minor items and I did consider returning them because of these.

Assembly was easy, size was as expected, and looks super cute as some extra seating in my living room. The back piece is pretty hard, but the seat portion has a bit more give. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a super comfy chair for everyday use, but for our occasional use this is great!

So long story short, make sure you buy your products somewhere reputable. Do not buy from this seller! Nothing but headaches! Chair is short and very uncomfortable. The assembly did not go as planned. One of the arm chairs didn’t line up with a bolt screw and had stripped the pre drilled hole for wooden arm chair. Told seller about the issue. Requested a refund and return label and seller had sent a non pre paid label! Had exchanged messages and woke up to find in email that seller had closed the case since it’s past 3 days BUT reply back on the third day (8/3/24 )of their so called “policy case”. Seller didn’t want to give me a pre paid return label and asked all sorts of unnecessary questions about the chairs trying to avoid sending a return label. If I don’t like the way it looks and there’s a defect, then send me a prepaid return label! Very annoyed and now I have to pay out of pocket to return these chairs. An absolute inconvenience! You have been forewarned!
UPDATE- 8/4/24 Was able to return both chairs @ FedEx which the company used to ship. Had to pay out $229 (cheapest) to ship it back to them! FedEx had also warned about using this company to buy anything from since they deal with third parties to sell and ship. This company is the WORST and will give you a hard time about getting your refund back! But thank god for Amazon customer support which they helped resolve my issue with this seller. Let’s see if they will refund back my money…

Purchasing this set was a gamble given the reviews. I decided to give it a shot. As you can see one chair worked out great and the other was broken straight out of the box. It was a manufacturing issue. Where it’s broken was actually a screw being improperly secured in the leg pushing the two pieces apart. I tried to reach out to receive new parts. You do not have that option. You can either return both chairs at your own shipping cost, which is astronomical or keep the items which would cost me less. My plan is to get some wood glue and properly secure the leg and hope for the best!

I came home from work today to a new chair on my front porch! It was in perfect condition. I did send a message to the seller about the broken chair previously. I did not expect them to replace the chair so it was a much appreciated surprise! I’ve been using the original good condition chair and I can tell you they’re comfortable and very stylish. These chairs are a beautiful color. They were easy to assemble and sat my 200lb boyfriend no problem. He’s also over 6’ and found them to be more comfortable than anticipated despite his long legs. The seats are deep and the back slightly reclines. The pillows are a great bonus. The chairs are fairly comfortable but a little stiff. Definitely couldn’t nap in them but perfect for just sitting or entertaining. The pieces that extend onto the back support didn’t quite sit flush with the arm rest/base wood beans, but is sturdy regardless. There is a cross beam that supports the seat on the front, but not one on the back. I was weary about the support for the seat but once tightened, it held up just fine. These are an excellent addition to our living room.

Great buy. I’ve been looking for a set of accent chairs for a good price. Tjmaxx, Homegoods, Marshall’s, and Target had some good options but these chairs were still the best price for the look I envisioned. Bed Bath and Beyond had these chairs but they were better priced on Amazon. I love the green color and wood combo. Assembly was easy. I was excited to get them and they came almost a week before the expected arrival date! Happy with them.
