The package was left at mail box, ground floor, not to my apartment on 2nd floor. I am a senior citizen and had to open the box and carry the individual pieces up a flight of stairs. I was in the apartment when delivered. Tough job. Assembly was very difficult for one person.
Couch itself is great (once assembled).

Delivery was on time. The couch is nice for the price. I got it to use for about a year. Packaging wasn’t that great and the box had been torn. There were a few tear marks on the corners. However, those could be covered up with the velcro lining.
