Went together okay. Not extremely comfortable…the seat pan could be a little deeper. I’m six feet tall, so for a shorter person, the seat is probably just fine. But, as I bought it for use as a task chair, hopefully all short jobs, it should work fine. It is very nice looking and is quite attractive in my office.
Disappointed –
first of all my package arrived missing two pieces. Then they shipped one of the missing pieces. Now they are closed and I am unable to contact their shipping about when the second missing piece will arrive.
So tried to see if I can assemble w/out the missing piece and the wheels to the chair simply don’t stay locked into the base. So how are you supposed to even use the chair if the base itself is shoddy and not able to even stay on the wheels?

What pleased me first about this chair was the thought that went into making it easy to assemble. When I opened the box and saw all the components I suspected this would be trouble. But they included easy to understand, illustrated instructions. All the screws were bubble packed on one card and numbered, which corresponded to the illustrations. Before I knew it I was sitting in my very comfortable, inexpensive chair. They even included a tool to install the high quality machine screws. Very impressed.
Status Report: Bought in Oct ’14: After nearly 1.5 yr of reasonably regular use support for the backrest has cracked and the seat has gone pretty flat. Time to find a new chair…
You get what you pay for…

Comfy chair that was easy to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow. I’m surprised at how comfortable this chair is given the affordability. Best computer chair purchase I’ve made in years. The seat is much cushier than my chair I have that I spent over $300 for! My son lucked out getting this chair for school.

EASY to put together, high quality, looks great, feels great. If you plan on being in this chair a lot, it’s incredibly comfortable. The hydraulics work great and even for a shorter person (I’m 5′) it’s a nice fit. I’ve worked in retail with office chairs which were 6 times the price of this that were no where NEAR the comfort of this chair! I’d buy this again without any hesitation. Excellent chair at an incredible price.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the leather smelt so strong. I aired in out for several hours outside, and that really helped. It was easy to put together, comfortable, and good quality.

This is a very comfortable taskchair.
That’s the good news.
The bad news is that the leather upholstery work is of extremely poor quality. The leather itself feels quite pleasant and smooth. However, the leather is of such a thin coat that it has begun to “wear and tear” after not much more than two and a half years. The leather has split in a manner that is not particular reparable, if at all. See photo.
This is yet another company that purports to produce a quality product whose quality is literally only skin — or a very thin coat of leather — deep. Do not buy this product if you are expecting it to last more than a couple of years.
UPDATE: November 2016 — more and more of the leather peeled off in various places (much more so than in the photo from a year before). The chair assumed what is probably its rightful place: out front in the bulk pickup trash pile, after a short and shabby 3 1/2 year lifespan. RIP (Rest In Pieces).

Cheap made in China garbage. Backrest did not fit properly. Wobbly even at tightest setting possible. Stitching looks like it will come undone at any moment. Leather does not look or feel real. Do not buy this crap.
