I received the complete product in two different shipments due to logistical difficulties. However, both boxes arrived DAYS before the delivery date provided!!! When I received the first box with only some of the parts, I thought they had made a mistake by not including all of the parts, so I contacted them. Within a couple of hours, the seller replied explaining that the entire item would arrive in two boxes to be delivered in different days. The second box arrived the following day. It was super easy to assemble it, took 5 minutes, literally. And the final product is more than I expected; great looking chair, super comfortable, very wide (I’m 6ft tall), perfect as a work chair/station. Would definitely recommend buying this product and from this seller.
And to answer a question that I received of whether the cushion is good, because in every picture people post, it looks wrinkled and baggy… the seat cushion is very nice and firm (not baggy at all). In my opinion, it looks wrinkled and baggy in every picture we post, most likely because all pictures are from the very first day the item arrives, when the cushion is still uncompressing, because it does come compressed in a bag. It’s a very good item, very wide too (I’m 6ft tall and 230lbs.)

Omg! These sofas are beyond beautiful!! They are similar to RH sofas but for not even quarter the price! For the size, I would say that this chair is a chair and half. The fabric is very high quality and the frame structure is great quality! It was very easy to assemble as well, no tools were needed (except to a small Allen wrench to screw on the legs but it was also included in the package). The measurements of the chair are exactly as shown in the description. I bought two of these and upon receipt, I immediately ordered the long sofa as well! I would highly recommend this sofa! Customer service was amazing as well as I reached out to the seller and he responded ASAP!

Wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. First at the easy assembly, took 20 minutes. Fabric and color are nice. I ordered the color oatmeal. Cushions need a little iron or steaming but comfy. I read some reviews saying it came in two different deliveries but we received both boxes in same shipment. Overall for the price point very nice chair. Hopefully it will hold up for awhile.

First know when you order don’t jump to conclusions when it arrived because I thought I was sent the wrong order. It has two boxes so wait for the second box. The shipping was super fast. Putting it together once everything arrived was super easy. And the chair is huge and very cute! By far one of the best purchases I’ve received in a long time. Also – customer service is phenomenal and patient. The picture does not really do it justice. It looks much better in person.

The quality and comfort are surprisingly good for the price point. The fabric color is pretty and seems to be of good quality. Our only complaint was the back cushion was strangely hard. We opened up the zipper and noticed a very firm piece of foam inserted between the layers of stuffing. Presumably it was out there to keep the cushion shape. We removed that and inserted a twin size pillow. That solved the problem! Also note that the chairs come in two boxes. We thought we were missing parts because the box did not indicate “box one of two.” The second box arrived the next day. The chairs were very easy to put together and work great in our bonus room.

This oversized chair looks great. The seat cushion is very comfortable. The back cushion was a little uncomfortable. I stuffed a twin sized pillow in with the stuffing, and it is much better. I did have one issue with the chair. The seller was extremely nice and addressed and solved the issue quickly.
