How is this sofa so inexpensive yet so incredible? I honestly was hesitant because of the price but this piece is absolutely incredible for the money. It’s super easy to assemble. Incredibly supportive. The faux leather ha a very nice grain and is soft to touch. Very comfortable sofa. No one – I mean no one is thinking this piece is sub $500. You won’t be sorry!
UPDATE: couch broke after just a few weeks. I weigh 185 lbs and a piece of the wood broke underneath. See pics from others that had same issue – exactly the same problem.
UPDATE #2: to save the hassle of returning the item I ordered a few L supper brackets and installed them today. I’m hoping this will do the trick. Will keep you posted.

The main reason we bought this couch was because we were looking for a modern style, three-seater, for our living room at a decent price. We have looked in many places here in Ontario including Leon’s, The Brick, etc. as well as in local furniture stores. The price range in all was much higher than this one as well as the additional DELIVERY fees as well as the TIME of delivery. Some stores were unreasonable, asking for up to 80 CAD with added tax. One store agent even told us that we needed to tip the truck driver if wanted the couch to be delivered to the third floor. The delivery time was also unreasonable, not less than 10 days.
Being a genuine AMAZON prime shopaholic in my original country, back in Saudi Arabic, I have decided to give it a try, purchasing a couch from AMAZON.CA. After finding this one, I have decided to go with the choice.
The delivery time was only up to 4 days, but we received it a day earlier. We heard a knock at our aparatment’s door around 2 pm, and WALLAH, the couch was there next to the door with two nice AMAZON delivery guys who just had dropped it there getting into the elevator, not waiting to get tipped.
The couch came in one long box. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. My two children, 8 and 3.5 years, helped me a lot in the assembly. I needed my wife’s help towards the end for the last two steps.
Not super comfortable, but, for the price, is great.

Couch was delivered with damaged box, but all components seemed in good order. I noted all the negative reviews and took a chance thinking I could fix or improve any issues. With the front support board that seemed problematic with other reviewers, I added another 3/4” support piece under it and also verified the original screws were 1 1/4”. The couch was rather tall for our liking (seat at about 18.5”) and firm cushions. I shaved about an inch off the legs to make it a more comfortable height – we are 5’7″ and 5’6″. It still feels a bit tall since you don’t sink much in the firm cushions. Assembly almost has to be done by two people. Sliding the backrest into it’s brackets would have been a bear by yourself and if you don’t get them fully seated, you’ll have the “spontaneous recliner” that others have noted. Fabric seemed to be okay (charcoal color is great) but we have already lost one tufting in the first few hours.
We don’t expect this couch to hold up for years and over too many moves. But since I have a full wood shop and all the tools required to tweak and adjust and fix problems, I am more than happy to take a chance. We paid about $350 total (taxes and all) and you should keep that in mind. This is not a $1000 sofa and you shouldn’t expect perfection. If have access to the tools and a bit of know-how, this will make a great sofa for a while.
I’ll update this as we use it more and especially if we have any issues.

– and its cushions are firm. They don’t seem like they will ever sag. (Downside being, the cushions are not particularly soft/comfy; you don’t sink into them. The faux leather feels nice to the touch, though.)
Unfortunately, the couch is also pretty wobbly. It shifts back and forth + side to side from regular use; most couches – even frumpy, cheap IKEA ones – are more stable than this one. We put ours up against a wall, so that addressed much of the shifting.
Will update the review if ours breaks. Knock on wood!

I needed a couch for taking pictures with my blankets that I make. It was not heavy when the box came and the directions were pretty easy for me to put it together by myself. I carried every piece upstairs into my craft room and assembled it pretty easy with my husband’s drill. There was one screw underneath that was really hard to get in but I managed to get it 3/4 of the way in and it’s been fine. It’s got some scratches on it and the cushion’s definitely don’t look even but it’s good enough for the price and you really can’t tell in the pictures. When you sit on it it’s very stiff and I wouldn’t say uncomfortable but it’s not like extremely soft and comfy it’s just stiff. I will not be sitting on it I am only taking pictures with it but when I do happen to sit on it from time to time it’s nice because it’s very sturdy. When two people sit on it there’s just enough room for you on one cushion. It’s definitely not bad for the price.

I really wanted a new couch to update the look of our living room and to offer more seating. Our vintage 90s sofa just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Offerings on other sites were only showed expensive couches with questionable quality. As usual, trusty old Amazon had what I was looking for.
I purchased a loveseat and sofa, and I am super pleased with them. The price was perfect….$1200 for the set including delivery and taxes. They are shipped in a box, and you assemble them yourself. Assembly is super easy. I would say 15 minutes with 2 people.
The look and quality of the couch are what you would expect for the price. The look is simple and clean. They move easily as they are light. I wouldn’t say they are luxury couches but are more functional and do the job. They are comfy. The best thing is they don’t break the bank. You could pay double the price for a set that has the same quality.
Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Don’t hesitate to purchase these if you are looking for a set on a budget. I don’t know how long they would hold up if you have children jumping on them or pets digging at the, bit they are perfect for relaxing amd lounging.

The first purchase was when we bought it as a gift for someone. I had a chance to sit and sleep on it while visiting them. I daresay that it was not too uncomfortable. When we needed to replace an accent sofa in our master bedroom, it fit the bill perfectly – mainly because of the dimensions. It is not too big and not too small for our needs, like a love seat would have been, and yet was perfectly functional for the occasions that we will put it to use.
The only downside was the complete lack of lumbar support. However, like I mentioned earlier, (1) it is not a “couch potato” sofa; and, (2) it looks stylish enough to pass off as an accent sofa. This item was very much worth every penny we paid for it.

I purchase two side chairs and they look great. Assembly was easy but a little difficult for one person to do. The chairs are a firm sit and great when you have dogs as they seem to be durable. I got the two faux leather chairs. I recommend them especially those on a budget.
