Was weary of the reviews but got it anyway. I first put them up over my fireplace but they were sagging really badly so I thought maybe it was just the location, so when I went to pull out the anchors, they got stuck so I had to rip them out with pliers and they ended up breaking. Ended up getting new anchors and hanging them up somewhere else, but still sagging badly. Not very happy with this product and I’d return but I don’t have the original box anymore that they were sent in. Nice wood and is appealing, but a waste of money. Won’t buy again

( we are gonna ignore that they are uneven ). For the price it’s a good deal. Quality wise they’re okay. Definitely not going to be good for lots of weight, more than 4 pounds they probably wont hold up. The wall anchors that come with it are trash, but had good long screws. Nice solid black color & they are nice to look at. Definitely best used for decoration and nothing heavy at all.

I put these in my bathroom vanity and they’re perfect. They’re pretty deep so they hold 2-3 rows deep of bathroom stuff. The rods that hold these in are much longer than expected so they’re good and sturdy. They look just like the pictures and the price was nice.

I installed these using into drywall using wall anchors from my local hardware store instead of the ones that came with the product based on a suggestion from a previous review. It worked out very well and installation was fairly easy.

Update: Customer service is top notch!
The shelves are okay quality. The mounting system is terrible especially the ANCHORS.
DO NOT USE THE ANCHORS! They will destroy yours walls. I had to rip them out, leaving unwanted holes. After I ripped it out, getting the screws out of the anchor was another ordeal.
Better off getting better quality anchors or buying a different shelf that utilizes higher quality anchors.
I rarely express my annoyance with bad products, but this seriously annoyed me…
