We liked the chairs and needed them within a short time frame. The distributor helped get the chairs to us quickly knowing the six we needed were not all in stock. When we started to put the chairs together, the front leg screws were not long enough. Again, the distributor worked to fix this issue that was caused by the manufacturer.

The chair is great, well made and very sturdy. Fairly easy to put together. But the seat cushions, not so much.
In three (3) weeks the seat cushions are already collapsing. I weigh 180 lbs so we’re not talking 230-250 here, just weak seat cushions. On the other hand the back cushions are firm and well made.
Not returning the chairs, but will have to replace the poor quality seat cushions.

Love the chair. It was just what I was looking for to put in my Africa living room. Seems sturdy and comfortable. The cushions are a nice small neutral color. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again. Note this chair is not too small as others have posted.

Smaller than expected..ottoman cushion slips from base continually. Cushion cover shiny and comfortable only in near reclining position..very narrow, elbows hit sides unless kept almost rigidly to side of body..very disappointed. Last time I order a chair online

This chair is a welcome addition to our guest bedroom. The dark rattan goes perfectly with our casual tropical theme. The chair came a week earlier than expected. Assembly was easy as the pieces were well marked and went together smoothly. The cushions are much classier and more attractive than the normal rattan furniture cushions PLUS they are thick and comfortable. The vendor SK Interiors was great!
