Easy to assemble; carefully packed. Easy instructions. Fabric is soft, velvet-like. Love it! On one of the arms, it is rough where I place my hand. As an experienced furniture restorer, I believe the gritty feeling is sawdust., probably missed before the poly was applied. I always use a tack cloth when I ‘m ready to poly. Button plugs are plastic as another reviewer indicated. I bought the 5/8″ wood widgets and stained them to match the chair finish. Other than this, I love the chairs. Very comfortable.

These came in pieces and had to be put together, but they turned out pretty nice. They are definitely not high-quality, but our decent for just some accent chairs

I bought two of these for my counseling office. They are comfortable but firm. I they will be good for clients who only sit in them for 50 minutes at a time. Hoping they hold up well. They were easy to put together, expect for the from board that holds the seat. On both chairs the holes were drilled to small. I had to use all my strength to tighten it. Even then the screw and Allen wrench stripped out. One chair tightened up all the way, the other the board is loose but the chair seems sturdy.
