Low-cost airline Breeze Airways will launch three new routes to Florida from Vermont, Pennsylvania, and New York this fall.

The new nonstop flights will each start in October from Fort Myers and Tampa and fly to Long Island, NY, Burlington, VT, and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA, the airline shared with Travel + Leisure

“Breeze continues to expand our fall and winter service into Florida, and now serves eight destinations within the state,” Breeze Airways’ President Tom Doxey said in a statement shared with T+L. “Now Guests in Long Island, Burlington, and Scranton will have more opportunities to escape to the Sunshine State while enjoying Breeze’s Seriously Nice service and fares.”

These are the new routes Breeze will launch:

  • From Fort Myers, FL, to Burlington, VT: Mondays and Fridays, starting Oct. 4
  • From Fort Myers, FL, to Long Island-Islip, NY: Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting Oct. 2
  • From Tampa, FL, to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, PA: Mondays and Fridays, starting Oct. 18

The airline will also increase service between Orlando and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Oct. 8. That flight will go from four times per week to five.

To kick off the new routes, fares will be discounted to $79 one-way when travelers book by 11:59 p.m. PT on July 1 and travel by Jan. 7, 2025.

Breeze is also putting all its other routes on sale for 35 percent off roundtrip flights with the promo code “DUPE.” That sale, which is part of the airline’s “Destinations Dupes” campaign, must be booked by 11:59 p.m. PT on June 27 for flights from Aug. 14 through Jan. 7, 2025. The sale excludes blackout dates from Nov. 20 through Dec. 3 and from Dec. 18 through Jan. 5, 2025.

Breeze was first created in 2021 by former JetBlue founder and current Breeze CEO David Neeleman and has expanded over the years since. The airline currently flies to 56 cities across 29 states and is even planning to add international destinations in the near future.

Breeze has committed to using an all-Airbus A220 fleet for its scheduled service by the end of 2024.
